Our goal is BI-fold whereby apart from carrying passengers from one city to another, our dual-purpose strategy will facilitate Raj Travels customers to travel from their rural city to the nearest metro to undertake their overseas journey. This will be the most comfortable and cost effective way for passengers to travel to the nearest Metro to take their overseas flights. For instance a passenger from Rajkot will have to travel to Mumbai to take his flight to Paris. If he is traveling with his family the overall expense by flight from Rajkot to Mumbai and back may prove to be expensive. A super-luxury Volvo coach journey is most certainly the best option for this passenger. It saves him money and he travels in assured comfort. There is a gamut of advantages that Raj National Express will serve to the Indian people by the implementation of this project. A lot of weightage has been given to our coach captains (more popularly called drivers). To a large extent, these are people who will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our passengers. Certain baseline rules have helped us in excelling the choice of our coach captains. Each of them has a minimum of 10 years experience in driving coaches. All of them are compulsorily non-alcohol consumers with perfect vision abilities. They have to undergo extensive training and further undergo an examination, which is conducted, as per RTO regulations. ONLINE TICKET BOOKING The entire reservation system for RNE tickets will be web-based whereby the customer can log on to our website and book his seats. He will get an instant confirmation / availability status on the click of a button. We will also have a payment gateway on the website where the passengers can pay for their tickets by their debit / credit card. Passengers can also pay for their tickets by credit card on the coach itself on our mobile CDMA swipe machines. We have created a watertight reservation system with zero loopholes to literally eliminate any unforeseen mishaps within the reservation system of RNE.
