About us

Sound Hearing Centre is the only place in Goa wherein all Diagnostic & Rehabilitative Facilities pertaining to Hearing Impairment & Speech Disabilities are available under one roof from Monday to Saturday � 10am to 6pm.

�The centre is located in Panjim, the capital of Goa. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Panjim bus stand and is easily accessible from all corners of Goa.

Diagnostic Facilities

We are equipped with a Sound Treated Booth & Audiometric Equipment for Hearing Evaluation conducted by a Qualified Audiologist to Diagnose the Degree & Type of Hearing Loss.

Through our association with the worlds leading Hearing Instrument manufacturers like Siemens (Germany) & Widex (Denmark) we offer a comprehensive range of Hearing Aids; from the Invisible Completely-in-the-Canal to Behind-The-Ear & Pocket Models & from Conventional Analog to Cutting Edge Hi-Tech Digital & Computerized Instruments.

Recent advent of technology has dramatically changed Hearing Aid performance. Digital Hearing Instruments enhance both listening comfort & speech clarity by boosting the sounds you need to hear & reducing background noise.

�Hearing Aid Fitting & Selection

It is essential to obtain good advice in order to gain the maximum benefit from your Hearing Aid fitting. Our centre is manned by a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registered Audiologist & Speech Therapist who has been trained at SIEMENS (Germany) & WIDEX (Denmark).

Our Qualified Audiologist will carry out a full hearing assessment for you and then programme a digital aid based on the results of that assessment, so you can hear for yourself how good it sounds before you decide to buy. There is no obligation and no charge.

We utilize the latest Technical Advances & Equipment for fitting the Hearing Aid to your personal needs and comfort.

We understand that Rehabilitation does not end with the fitting of a Hearing Aid but requires constant follow-up with the Hearing Professional for fine tuning & counseling. We are always here to provide you with the professional and caring help you have been waiting for.

�Accessories

All kinds of Hearing Aid accessories like batteries, cords, tips etc. are available with us at all times. We also fit hard & soft ear molds, which are custom made.

Aftercare

Our commitment does not stop with the purchase of a Hearing Aid; we continue to provide free advice on the care & maintenance of your Hearing Aid and also do free fine-tuning & adjustment to ensure optimum benefit from your Hearing Instrument.

All Instruments purchased from us carry a 2 year warranty; with the Digital Instruments having a 2 year International Warranty.

We also carry out repairs & servicing for various makes of Hearing Aids.
