Tiatr Academy Goa is organizing a Mega Festival of Tiatrs for the first time in the 117 years of History of Tiatr. The Festival cum Competition called “The First Popular Tiatr Festival 2009” will commence from 22nd February 2010 at Joao Agostinho Fernandes Hall, Ravindra Bhavan, Margao. In all 14 directors had applied for participation in the First Popular Tiatr Festival 2009 out of which 10 tiatrs were selected on lots.
